No I wouldn’t have run with a headline like that. There is a double standard there, but I’m not sure why. Maybe it relates to the convention that a black person is allowed to say the “n” word but a white person isn’t. I’m a white guy, so I can mention that these guys are too.

Perfectly true, and since that is still a common mistake, with people looking for Arabs and shooting at Brazilians for instance, it is very important that Muslims may be Chechen, who look more Caucasian, literally, than Russians do, or Filipino or Indonesian guys who happen to be working the Alaskan fleet.

As I understand it, the current worldwide spate of terrorism involves a religion — Islam — not a race. If I’m wrong about that, please inform me. What does a Muslim look like? You can’t profile a religion on appearance.
