I think the Tennessee Valley Authority was one of the best programs to come out of the New Deal, and this is more of the same, just placed in Iraq. The jobs created from this will be staggering, and affect every single industry in the area. I'd love to see environmental development like this throughout the deserts. Can you imagine what we could do with the Mohave? The Gobi? The Sahara? This is terrific news!
