Why did they buy from Khan? Why won't they agree to simply switch to the European reactors offered to them? It's pretty obvious they want nukes. I would too with Saddam Hussein as my neighbor, of course now that has changed. The real issue with nukes is what kind of countries get them. I don't fear the Czech nuclear bomb. I don't fear the Japanese nuclear bomb. It's like gun control for felons...
