		<description>Joshua - Just curious. Is "shari'a lite" the way you describe the Afganistan constitution? Considering they have the same clause about Islam being the state religion and the Afgani constitution is a perceived as a good constitution, why is it that the Iraqi constitution is a not?

		<description>Sounds to me more like they're just giving up on the deadline.

This actually isn't all bad. It means there's still a chance (albeit a slim one) that a secular model of government can still be salvaged in the final document after all, as opposed to the "&lt;i&gt;shari'a&lt;/i&gt; lite" regime called for in the constitution as it stands now.</description>
