		<description>The realities of the marketplace is that many corporations are making nice profits, screwing their employees, and giving much of that money to shareholders and executives.

Of course there are some companies that are legitimately in trouble.  Just as there are also companies that are deliberately using bankruptcy as a means of railroading their employees into taking huge pay cuts.

If only there were a truly independent means of looking at the problem to separate out the truly needed wage and benefits reforms from the money-grabbing hypocrites trying to get a bigger slice of the pie at the expense of their employees...</description>
