Of course there are some companies that are legitimately in trouble. Just as there are also companies that are deliberately using bankruptcy as a means of railroading their employees into taking huge pay cuts. If only there were a truly independent means of looking at the problem to separate out the truly needed wage and benefits reforms from the money-grabbing hypocrites trying to get a bigger slice of the pie at the expense of their employees...
