Don, I don't disagree with you. The numbers certainly don't lie in this poll. However, the numbers don't make what I say on Donklephant not true.

Also, I wouldn't call it whining. Legitimate concerns were raised by people on the left about the intelligence. We also talked frequently about the exact scenario that's happening in Iraq right now. Even Bush Sr. said as much about getting bogged down in Iraq. I've said it before and I'll say it again: right war, wrong time.

Here's the thing. We just have a basic difference of opinion. But where I see misguided faith in the leadership by the right, you see strength and resolve. Fair enough. But do know that I truly think this war is taking the eye off the real threats. That's the issue here. And I don't think liberating the Iraqi people is worth potentially putting our country at risk to further terrorist attacks.

Talk about flip-flopping and childishness and complaints and whining all you want, but what I'm talking about in this comment is truly the liberal position on this issue.

Bush 34, Dems 25

What five years of whining by the left has caused is more than a third of the nation to just give up on everyone. If the election were held tomorrow, Bush's 34% beats the Dems 25%.
