Cheney The X-Pert

By Justin Gardner | Related entries in Media

CNN flubs on air and flashes a big black X over the VP’s face while he’s giving a speech.

My fake guess is that CNN is secretly trying to influence viewers into thinking that Cheney should become an eX Vice President…you know…because of the X they flashed…

Heh.

The X was not a glitch…there is a recorded conversation with CNN Headline News that refutes that claim. CNN Headline News was caught off-guard and was recorded saying that it was intentional. This tape can ruin CNN.

Ruin? What? Because some people may have been an idiot?

If Fox News can get away with everything they do (including Carl Cameron writing a fake story about Kerry during the 2004 campaign, mistakenly publishing it on foxnews.com and then NOT firing him), I think CNN can survive this.

    Nope, technical glitch.
