Addressing the (Presidential) Address

Well, the President received some “on air” time from the networks during prime time last night.

You’ll be happy to note that all subsequent programming was shown in its entirety – even though “Desperate Housewives” was a repeat!

For those of you who did not channel switch when you heard the words “Presidential Address,” what are your thoughts on what was said?

    I watched the address but again all sizzle but no bacon. Its the same old speeches rehashed into an address.

    To me it seemed like Bush was trying to wrest the spotlight off of the spy scandal.

    Once the year turns, his lameduckness will set in even firmer than it did in the last half of this year.
