"Bush is an idiot, the war was a big mistake," etc., etc. As for "long-term allies," and insults, playing against the Americans has been a feature of Canadian politics just as surely as it has been for France and Germany, since before Bush. That's the kind of world we live in now. Ever read what the Canadians say about us? Ever get miffed by it? Ever criticize them fore it? Ever wonder why not? This Tucker Carlson’s a “conservative”?
