They aren't real concerned about Europe, because the Islamists are slowly gaining power there. Therefore, I doubt the UN will be interested in doing anything about it. No big surprise there. Israel will take out the plant within this year, and the US will supply the bombs. Will the US attack on it's own? Highly doubtful.
