    Wierd, half those cartoons look like they were drawn by Jack Chick… I wonder if that was intentional.

    Hmmm… I wonder if Blogger has any mechanism in place to prevent people from abusing this feature to harass blogs they simply don’t agree with.

    It’s also interesting that this comes right on the heels of the controversy over Google’s censorship of its Chinese search engine. Maybe this was also done as a shot across the bow of other Blogger blogs to make them think twice about criticizing Google too strenuously in the future.

    I doubt it’s there to prevent criticism of Google itself. More likely to prevent Google from getting sued.

    Obviously these cartoons are highly offensive. There’s nothing wrong with that, but to put a disclaimer in front of them is certainly Google’s right. After all, they offer people a service for free, but they’re still accountable for the content ultimately.
