I wonder if Blogger has any mechanism in place to prevent people from abusing this feature to harass blogs they simply don't agree with. It's also interesting that this comes right on the heels of the controversy over Google's censorship of its Chinese search engine. Maybe this was also done as a shot across the bow of other Blogger blogs to make them think twice about criticizing Google too strenuously in the future.
