		<description>This would be a huge pro-Hillary move.  Anyone can spend enough to play in NH, it&#039;s where dark horses go to gain traction, but CA costs major, major cash.  Hillary will have the money going in.

Many have tried to dislodge NH and failed.  It&#039;s an industry for those people. Still, even squeezing CA into second place, say a week after NH -- or even dispense with the traditional Tuesday and hold it over the weekend --  would have the effect of diminishing NH.  Whatever happened in NH or Iowa people would say well, let&#039;s see what happens next week (or this weekend)  in CA.  It would make it hard for an NH winner to attract money.</description>
