Justin, Of course you mean that he DOES have a notorious dearth of intellectual curiosity.

Ugh, yes...I did this on another post recently too as amba pointed out. She suggested more sleep. I'm going to suggest more attention to detail when I rewrite sentences.

Justin, Of course you mean that he DOES have a notorious dearth of intellectual curiosity. Which is a source (albeit not the only one) of continuing tragedy for the nation and its people.

Fear does drive many Americans from acting.

And I just was doing a survey visiting many blogs which claim freedom to be what they support, and most of the top blogs were right wing blogs pushing fear not freedom.

So I would sadly say the state we are in, are due to the fears of the many being pushed by the few...

I don't think Bush fears, he instead is pushing head on into his agenda without hesitation.

My take on Freedom is that we have to act and be ourselves. To live outside fear.

Not easy when only fear is being served up.

If you want to know how the president thinks, just go to any right wing website. Denial is on constant display. If you take their comments in total, it is probably a representation of what is going thought he presidents mind.

Someone needs to read a copy of “SUN TZU ON THE ART OF WAR to Bush.

“By commanding the army to advance or to retreat,
being ignorant of the fact that it cannot obey.
This is called hobbling the army.

Or

“The general who advances without coveting fame
and retreats without fearing disgrace, whose only
thought is to protect his country and do good service
for his sovereign, is the jewel of the kingdom.

Or

“In a position of this sort, even though the enemy
should offer us an attractive bait, it will be advisable
not to stir forth, but rather to retreat, thus enticing
the enemy in his turn; then, when part of his army has
come out, we may deliver our attack with advantage.
