		<description>Justin, I&#039;m going to have to call bullshit on your opening snark.  According to the article this company finished 97 out of 99 projects.  The 2 were dropped due to security reasons.  Other projects were later destroyed due to security failures.

It&#039;s terrible what has happened to the reconstruction effort but the problem here wasn&#039;t no-bid contracts.  And it wasn&#039;t having the wrong company do the job.  It was a lack of security.</description>
