What Does 200 Calories Look Like?

Since obesity is such a “growing” problem in our society, one can look at this issue as a political one since it ties directly into our rising health care costs.
Essentially, different foods are obviously healthier and I don’t think we ever really get a pictorial of how much of a certain food equals how many calories. The above is how many small peppers (a tasty snack) you can eat before you hit 200.

according to that site i can eat a ton of bacon and only a dallop of peanut butter. pure genius.

Kasey, how do you figure that? 34 grams of each of those things = 200 calories. Peanut butter is merely denser, and therefore takes up less room in the photo.
Besides, there’s more to nutrition than calories.
