  1. Eclectic Floridian Says:

    I dream our country:

    - Reinstitutes Habaeus Corpus,
    - Rejects torture of ANYONE,
    - Vows to never again engage in preemptive wars,
    - Ends our current preemptive war in Iraq,
    - Gets out of our phone communications,
    - Gets out of our our mail,
    - Gets out of our our bank records,
    - Gets out of our our credit card records,
    - Aids our national physical health … by any and all means,
    - Reverses the gap between the Rich and everyone else.

Is that too much to ask?

  2. DosPeros Says:

I dream of a day in the first impulse of most Americans is rooted in gratitude and thanksgiving.

Is an outsider permitted to speak?

How is about a day when the US becomes a true leader of nations and not the street corner bully.

  4. DosPeros Says:

Is an outsider permitted to speak?

    No.

  5. James Says:

I hope for a day when the federal government lets me be as free as the Constitution allows me to be.

Let me do what I want, when I want and where I want and with whomever I want unless I’m doing harm to someones life, property or freedoms.

  6. gal Says:

I dream that our country will truly be one of responsibility, compassion, tolerance, generosity, and freedom — that it will live up to the potential it has to be a true leader in the world in every sense.

  7. Lewis Says:

    My greatest dream:
The rights of unborn children will be as highly valued as the rights of the terrorists in Gitmo.

    Other stuff:
The very least of our political leaders will be as great of a leader as MLK.
Americans will finally give up the ghost of the sixties and seventies mindset.
America won’t shy away from doing difficult but important tasks simply because it isn’t easy and the gratification isn’t instantaneous.
Political correctness dies a sudden and painful death.

  8. James Says:

The rights of unborn children will be as highly valued as the rights of the terrorists in Gitmo.

What if I don’t value the rights of the terrorist in Gitmo…
