At this point, I believe Bush has about a 10% lower disapproval rate, & I am part of that percentage, also. The poll I would like to see taken is, "Do you believe Bush is really in charge, or Cheney?" I have a feeling Cheney would get more votes than the Pres. However, I say Long Live King George because he does less damage than King Richard would, especially if Bush died of unbatural causes. That makes me part of the 69% & 60%, respectively..
