At 38% there's nowhere to go but down. Something similar happened where I live in Ontario. When I said Mike Harris would succeed Bob Rae as Premier, people scoffed and said Harris was an unknown, he's running at 9%, etcetera. I said that's where I'd want to be with 10 months to go.
