Somehow I suspect that the perception outside of New York City is the other way around.
No doubt it is, but that’s without any media behind Bloomberg to define who he would be as a leader. So I think Mike can make that case, whereas Rudy has already been defined.

That’s pretty significant really. Somehow I suspect that the perception outside of New York City is the other way around.

I’m not from NY but lived there for four years, up until I graduated a short time ago.
The perception of Giuliani by the residents of that city is much different than the perception the nation had of him post 9-11.
