		<description>Also, keep in mind that it&#039;s still higher than a year ago, when only 25% of people approved of the Republican-controlled Congress. As many have pointed out, most people tend to think highly of their own representative but negatively of Congress in general, regardless of who is in power.</description>

		<description>I wish they had asked how those polled felt about their reps performance.  I recall a similar poll last year in which overall performance of Congress was low but the majority believed that their rep was doing a good job.</description>
