		<description>Just a comment.  I too agree with Senator Reid&#039;s concerns on this immigration proposition.  And, the silliest thing to me seems to point to the fact that these people would have to return to their country to apply for immigration legalization.  The theory sounds ok...if maybe the US is trying to trick them into a possible &quot;chance&quot; of getting residency but is really trying to weed out those who will really have an actual chance of getting any type of residency status.   Reality is that this action will create a Bureaucratic nightmare.  If&#039;s funny how governments think that something is so easy, but I don&#039;t really think this has been thought out straight through especially by those conservative states that are just armed with the fear of &quot;change&quot;.  Change is coming no matter what.  Historically we have seen this and it is no different for the future.</description>
