		<description>If only they had thought that &quot;might makes right.&quot;  Unfortunately, they seem to have thought more like &quot;right makes might&quot; -- and therefore not troubled to put any effort into providing the military might that might have made their various bits of war-mongering even vaguely practical.  

Oh well, I suppose we should be glad that they didn&#039;t manage to start any more wars than they did.  Or the military would be thoroughly broken long since.</description>
