"Undecided," where I come from, can mean both "I can't decide which I dislike least" (which would fit with "None of the Above") AND "I like several of them, just not one overwhelmingly yet" (which definitely does NOT fit with "None of the above"). Nothing like looking at the actual results to ruin a perfectly good headline.
