A White House official talks with Hannah Storm.

I’ll ask it again, are we better or worse off post 9/11?

One Response to “VIDEO: The al-Qaeda Resurgence”

  1. Jeremy Says:

Winfred Wagner, I mean Fran Townsend tells us what we already know.

Instead of fighting al-Qaeda in America we are fighting them in Iraq. It’s pretty easy to offer up someone elses country to conduct our War on Terror. I wonder if we ever bothered to ask Iraqis whether they wanted us to bring our “War on Terror” to their country? Considering al-Qaeda didn’t exist in that country until we created the perfect environment for it.

I can only help but wonder, what if the U.K. had brought its “WoT” against the RIA to America. Causing America to descend into utter chaos, claiming that this was a struggle of “Freedom” versus “Evil” and thus it is better to fight them over there than here. Somehow I don’t think Americans would be so intent on that, but here we are conducting our own struggle in someone elses country and that seems to be perfectly okay, after all, these are only Arabs, and as we all know–ALL arabs are terrorists, even if they had nothing to do with 9/11.

The administration, and Winfred, oops! I mean Fran is always there to point out for us that al-Qaeda is in Iraq, Iraq IS al-Qaeda, well, yes! sort of, but you did make one small omission Winfred. You and your administration brought them there, not the other way around deary.
