Does Micheal Bloomberg or Joe Lieberman for that matter, believe that by slapping a new label (Independt) on themselves that they are somehow "squeaky clean" or more appealing by calling themselves Independents? What in the hell is an Independent anyways? Is that a polotician that initially cast his lot with Bush when it was politically expedient to do so, but when the shit hit the fan they scatter and stick a button on their jacket that says "I'm a INDEPENDENT." Lol! there is only one thing worse than a chicken hawk, pro-war Republican, and that is a Republican/Democrat that supports ill-conceived wars when its popular but then runs off and slaps a sticker on himself that says "Independent" so he can somehow "appeal more" to the voter base.
