Us holding onto territory for 1, 6, 12 months...or 2, 4 or 6 years isnt going to make the Iraqis into a professional fighting force free of sectarian taint. Right now, most of our kids are getting blown to bits going on "bug hunts" looking for people to kill...and finding IEDs. Like Jack Torrance said in "The Shining", I say to Bush (his war, his responsibility - not Gen Petraeus) you've had 4 years to get this right what good is another few months (years) gonna do you now.
