Right on! The draft is daft!

Would you be willing to spread the word about www.draftresistance.org? It's a site dedicated to shattering the myths surrounding the selective slavery system and building mass civil disobedience to stop the draft before it starts!

Our banner on a website, printing and posting the anti-draft flyer or just telling friends would help.

Thanks!

PS. When it comes to conscription, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

While I oppose a draft -- I think illegal aliens in America might be given the opportunity to enlist rather than be deported. Such enlistment might start with as a jr-private until English at the 10th grade level is mastered, with language training taking precedence over combat deployment.

The US should also consider an American Foreign Legion -- I'd guess lots of people thruout the world would be very interested in joining.

To get more college educated Americans to join, use the market -- increase signing bonuses / pay / benefits.

Perhaps also a freeze on on federal wages for those who have not served in the military, or spent at least 6 months of duty in Iraq?

Carrots & sticks are how people, like all animals, get influenced. Civilized folk mostly use carrots.
