Zogby: 50% Would Never Vote For Hill

Heir apparent…ly not.
The online survey of 9,718 likely voters nationwide showed that 50% said Clinton would never get their presidential vote. This is up from 46% who said they could never vote for Clinton in a Zogby International telephone survey conducted in early March. Older voters are most resistant to Clinton – 59% of those age 65 and older said they would never vote for the New York senator, but she is much more acceptable to younger voters: 42% of those age 18–29 said they would never vote for Clinton for President.
And more good news for Obama and Huckabee…
At the other end of the scale, Republican Mike Huckabee and Democrats Bill Richardson and Barack Obama faired best, as they were least objectionable to likely voters. Richardson was forever objectionable as President to 34%, while 35% said they could never vote for Huckabee and 37% said they would never cast a presidential ballot for Obama, the survey showed.
And sorry to tell all the Ron Paul fans out there, but he tied with Brownback at 47% for the highest Republicans who would never get somebody’s vote.

The Ron Paul number means nothing since Zogby told those polled that Paul had switched to the Democratic Party. That is not true. Ron Paul is seeking the Republican nomination. He is a ten-term Republican congressman. I think it quite reasonable that Republicans push away somebody who jumped parties in the middle of a campaign, but Ron Paul did not do that.

The number for Ron Paul means nothing since Zogby falsely represented Paul as a Democrat. Ron Paul is seeking the Republican nomination.

When the same organization uses 2 different methodologies (land line phone vs. on line internet), their comparison results of a trend are absolutely useless because their samples are from somewhat mutually exclusive sources. Their trend results are also opposite other recent polls about voter preferences. What do the betting markets say?
People often change their minds when they can see just what choices thy have for the general election. Polls taken after the conventions have a much better track record.

I think it’s a mistake to think that 50% number means she can’t get elected. Third party candidates will syphn off a lot of votes in 2008 and the “winner” is not going to get anywhere near 50% of the popular vote. A lot of the folks who are in Hillary’s 50% are also in Rudi’s 43% - the Christian Taliban, and they may just not vote. Don’t get me wrong, Hillary scares the hell out of me.

I don’t buy this poll one bit. You can’t generalize with political polls. They are virtually meaningless. They are really designed to shape public opinion and manipulate the vast majority of Americans that are able to follow politics closely because they work two or three jobs slaving away because they are highly taxed and the standard of living is increasingly more than the government reports. If you read this, please wake up Hillary or Guiliani are not the answer to America’s problems. This poll is trying to smear Ron as unelectable. I tell you, he is the person we need to stop the bleeding of America’s economy and rebuild our international reputation. Peace is the answer and not more WAR.

So, what this poll shows is that if Ron Paul were in the race together, Ron Paul would kick her to the curb by three points! He would be be the clear winner!
You really need to learn how to read your polls.
For weeks now you have been telling us that Hillary is invincible and now you come out with this garbage. Your polls mean nothing. I am not sure if people even understood the question. It is a preposterous way to phrase a poll.
Go crawl under a rock. No one is listening to the propaganda anymore.

The media polls continue to be a joke. Ron Paul is raising money hand over fist. Huckabee cleared a million in the 3rd quarter and his campaign will run out of ‘green energy’ this quarter. Same goes for McCain, unless his wife is willing to pay off the campaign debts. Fox News tried its best to bump Huckabee, but the donations are still nowhere to be found.
50% negative on Ron Paul? The vast majority of Americans don’t even know who Ron Paul is. Pure MSM manipulation…and it’s not working by the way.

Ron Paul is just 5% behind Romney.
PS: Not Sure seems to be very popular!
