		<description>Actually, this is the second one I know of. The other one was about privatized toll  lanes on some of the California highways. Sorry I didn't bookmark or otherwise save it. Not too sure I agree with what he is doing, but the videos reflect fresh thinking about old problems.

As far as using eminent domain for the construction of privately owned projects, I think government has gone too far. I'm glad to hear that in this case, the locals have so far won. But when those condos fill up with not from the neighborhood ricos,  they will be complaining about the view of the slums from their picture windows. This win is only temporary.</description>
