gerryf, you referring to my comment? Because it ain't coming from the right. My comments concern a former Bush crony writing a supposed tell all book that promises to be anything but. We already know officials high in the Bush admin outed Plame because some admitted it. The question remains who knew what, when, & committed perjury. Scooter got caught, convicted, & pardoned. I would really like to have proof come out against the rest of this crew.

My contention is because Scotty was working in the press office, he would not have been told these sleazy details; telling him the truth could not help them, but could hurt them if he were called to testify. Ari, Tony, & Dana would also necessarily have been lied to about shady deals because they did not have a need to know.

What I see here is the author is trying to clear his own name & make a few bucks in the process.

So, first you note that he is telling us something we already know, then you spin it as he has no proof.....

Pretty convoluted statement, even coming from the right

Whoop de big doo-doo. So Scotty McClellan writes a book & tells us what we already know. When his book comes out, there will be absolutely nothing new in it. If there was, it would have been part of this advanced release. As far as this caper is concerned, he has no proof since his job description would have necessarily left him out of the loop.

Sorry, Justin. No smoking gun here. Of course, you already know that, don't you.

Justin, for someone that regularly espouses a desire for a new breed of politics, unity, solutions, exc. you spend a lot of time dredging up useless fodder to feed to the hacks. Don't get me wrong, its all in good fun, but crap-in/crap-out as I believe Justin's overly-quotationed "comment" above demonstrates.

"What role they all had we don’t know yet. Maybe McClellan doesn’t know either."

I don't "need" McClellan to tell me the blatantly obvious. A better question might be "Why is it men in the highest offices of our nation are granted the benefit of doubt, even when the evidence is overwhelming? Why you or I get these "inexhaustible benefits of doubt?"

It just amazes me that people infer these benefits on others simply because these people hold honorary positions or have friends in "high places." When the police find a black man covered in blood at a murder scene, do you think they are asking themselves whether this guy might be guilty or not? Lol! they don't ask these types of questions, everyone knows the black guy doesn't have a chance in hell.

Now, with all the evidence compiled on this administrations penchant for malice are we to give these people special considerations ad infinitum? Yeah!I think that's exactly what we do, what we have always done and what we are doing now.

So what if the black guy was guilty you ask? Well, he should have to pay for his crimes. But what if a man causes the deaths of hundred of thousands? What do you call that? Bush's boo-boo? Lol! Take a deep breath! Ah yes! that's the smell of "justice" raped by privilege.
