Joe Biden Says Bye

The Delaware Senator is out. No surprise there. I’m watching his speech right now, and it’s a good one. Very frank, very natural, very Biden.

Bill Richardson should be following shortly. Not that I know he’ll drop out, but after you get 2% in Iowa, you have to think it’s time to close up shop.

Either Biden or Richardson should go to State, preferably Richardson, so Biden can stay in the Senate to pass healthcare.

Richardson ought to stay until after Nevada/New Mexico, he might get enough delegates to cause a commotion at the national convention.
