The libertarian viewpoint sees people as individuals, not members of groups. People who claim that Ron Paul would let southern states bring Jim Crow laws back are horribly misinformed. His philosophy is to put rights back in the hands of the people, while still adhering to the Constitution. His opponents can't find any real dirt on him, so they accuse him of being a racist.
