BTW the <i>Trek</i> gaming license has since been picked up by Bethesda Softworks. I wonder whether they'll be producing any titles connected to the J.J. Abrams film currently in production. Well, I can’t speak to Activision’s legal case, but considering the track record of the Star Trek game titles they did produce (mostly mediocre fare, just like the Trek TV series and movies of that era), I don’t have much sympathy for their licensing deal going sour.

BTW the Trek gaming license has since been picked up by Bethesda Softworks. I wonder whether they’ll be producing any titles connected to the J.J. Abrams film currently in production.
