Well I did have a nice reply but this drivel captcha erased it because I could not discern what the words were correctly. I would petition them to rectify that.

A president's most powerful ability is in foreign affairs and yet Obama is horrid when put on the foreign affairs spot light. God help us all when Jimmy Carter..........er Barak Obama is elected president.

Although both performed well, two moments helped Obama.

The first was his point about offering a clear contrast to McCain in the general election. I don't think voters want to choose between a Democrat who supported the war and a more experienced Republican who supported the war. He hasn't always been successful about calling Hillary out on her Iraq vote in debates, but he was last night.

The second moment was actually a submitted question. The questioner noted that she had never had an opportunity to vote for an election where a Bush or a Clinton wasn't on the ticket. That's a point Obama could never have made on his own, but it's something many younger voters are concerned about.

I think Daniel Drezner said it best: On content Hillary won, on everything that wasn't substantive Obama won.
