There are a few “Third parties” that will already have near universal ballot access regardless. For example the Libertarian Party will probably be on at least 47 ( they used to get on 50 but some states have made tougher laws to make it impossible for anyone to get on the ballot), and they would LOVE for Ron Paul to run. The Constitution Party also has decent access. If he decides to run in the general election on an established party ticket, he doesnt need to worry about these deadlines.
