Obama is a master politician -- he says everything and nothing at the same time. Looking through Obama's "words," an average American will not see anything concrete. For example, Obama mentioned a $4000 education credit for anyone wanting to go to college in return for some type of service -- what is this about? Who, how etc will the education credit in return for service be implemented, executed etc -- where is the substance?
