This whole speech was quoting what Hillary said. Anyway, I never wanted her to run in the first place, since she's the best chance the Repubs. ever had for another 4 years in the W.H. That just can't happen for so many reasons, least of which is they simply don't deserve it. I don't have enough confidence in Obama yet, and the MSM is doing a poor job at filing us in. However, Bill does preface this "short" by saying "Hillary says " right at the beginning - so I don't think it's an Alzheimers moment, I think he was paraphrasing.
