He explains it better than any of us can…in particular the Clinton’s attacks on Obama’s war stance and how they’ve consistently lied about it.

Fair warning, the video is long.

Hope you got all the way through it. Lessig is one of the best at making his points and making them well.

I thought the technique of audio backed by printed buzzwords for emphasis was both creative and borderline propagandistic.

He weakens his presentation, at least in my eyes, by using demon terms like “swiftboating” and “Rovean.” He’d be better off using more familiar terms that actually describe the tactics in ways anyone could understand, without the background context. This practice makes it easier for his lengthy work to be dismissed.

Additionally, unless he does it at the very end (I got thru about 3/4), he doesn’t speak to whether the sort of fundamental change Obama describes is realistic. I’ve reached the age where I know well just how deeply “fundamental reform” warms the hearts of progressives. I’m pretty agnostic on it myself.

The only thing I do not understand is how any intelligent person could vote for Clinton in 2008 instead of Obama.

Obama is 1000 times…. 1,000,000 times… infinitely preferable as President of the USA.

Remaining States: please vote for Obama!
