McCain: Obama Qualified To Be President
By Justin Gardner | Related entries in 2008 Election, Barack, McCain
McCain is dispensing with the idea that he’ll campaign on the idea that Obama doesn’t have the goods to be President and that’s encouraging to say the very least.
Sen. John McCain, the presumptive Republican nominee for president, said Sunday that the leader for the Democratic nomination, Sen. Barack Obama, would be “absolutely” qualified to be president, should the voters elect him. But, he said, “I believe that my talent and my background and my experience, which has led to my judgment, … qualifies me more.”
Maybe it’ll be a different type of campaign after all?

I don’t expect a McCain-Obama race or a McCain-Clinton race to get that messy between the actual candidates and their respective campaigns. But those 527’s are going to be nuts.

No one doubts that Mccain isn’t a good man, even a man of honor, however I do not believe him competent for the job, not due to age, although I have concerns there, but more because his views on the economy and Iraq are horribly wrong

Yeah Dos, no one except the right wing really cares, what we do care about is what is McSame going to do about a ban on torture, which he voted against, about the deficits which he plans to add 400 billion to a year, or the wars, which he plans to expand into Iran.
You know the issues, the actual things that will affect americans, not whether Obama may have some distant connection to some third world country
