How appropriate, then, that yesterday was the first time people in Columbia, SC could buy beer (and wine!) on Sunday. The bill allowing Sunday beer & wine sales passed with 70% of the vote, which makes me wonder why it took so long. Drink up!

But it does lead me to wonder if any of our current moral crusades will be looked upon as so ridiculous 75+ years from now.

Let's hope we'll be looking back 20 years from now and thinking that. :-)
