It has been a while since the elections. I hope Mrs. Clinton is still in the streams helping people and doing something with her claims. The same with Pres. Obama. Doing something for the country goes beyond election times. And for us people, we are called to take part of the burdens--national and local--do something within our niches. If everyone is walking their talk, we will have a changed America.

I've been saying for 6 weeks now that Obama would close the gap and that it would stabilize around 5-8 points. That Hillary would hold Obama off. That's been the pattern. It's enduring.

IMO, Clinton's latest rhetoric is sowing the seeds for a transition to unity, at least in some parts. I don't think she has the superdelegate votes, and she knows it.

Obama has a problem. He's being assailed from all directions, including the media, McCain and Hillary Clinton.

He's being called a communist, an elitist (never mind the contradiction) and a Muslim all at the same time. Never mind he is also shooting himself in the foot. Politico has even published a 43 year old paper written by his father who left him when he was two. It will be interesting to see how it all shakes out.

Hillary Clinton seems hell bent on destroying Obama at this point. She is also making herself a lot of enemies who will never forget. Maybe her new gun-totin' friends in Pennsylvania will get her the nomination, and she better be able to get a lot of those redneck votes she cherishes so much because, if she gets the nomination, she won't be able count on African Americans or us latte sipping elitists. Maybe she thinks rural Pennsylvanians are more important than blacks and San Franciscans (half of whom are college grads), but I think she's wrong and I think she's a fool.
