I heard it was economic - had nothing to do with the war or perceived diplomatic stregth or weakness. Apparently a huge amount of sub rime loans are bundled into several &quot;wealth&quot; funds currently tanking in Britain and it&#039;s beginning to cause some really serious problems - but since there isn&#039;t proper disclosure laws internationally there is no way determine where the problems will be introduced next, or the breadth and scope of the individual bank losses.</description>
