I've seen speculation that Hill will run as a 3rd party candidate in order to ensure a McCain victory. Then run again in 4 years. Is she really that evil? Guess we'll find out.

<i>"She’ll rack up these two wins in West Virginia and Kentucky with minimal expenditures, cut a deal with Obama to take care of her debt and then bow out after Obama takes Oregon handily"</i> - JG

Agreed. He'll save more money by paying her debts than continuing an expensive campaign against her. They're probably cutting deals right now on what they'll both do and not do on the campaign. I expect she'll also cut a deal to take Harry Reid's job.

Neither the Clinton or Obama campaign will do anything to prevent the party unifying now. About the only thing that could continue to drive the Clinton supporters away, are hate-filled, paranoid and arrogant Obama supporters. Since there are a lot of those, there is still some risk, but I expect they will settle down in time to avoid permanent damage.

Or she'll carry it to the convention hoping to torpedo Obama's chances in the GE, basically pick at him for the summer, so she can run again in four years

I can see Obama covering her debts to others, as part of the effort to bring the party together. But pay off the millions that she loaned to her own campaign? That really would be a bit much.
