		<description>McCain's online fundraising efforts have been mediocre at best. It amounts to e-mails and nothing else. His campaign isn't doing anything to build their e-mail list or engage supporters online. Reaching out to webloggers is good, and McCain does that well, but it needs to be part of a more holistic effort.</description>
