Video: McCain Sees The Future

As a followup to Alan’s excellent rundown of what McCain thinks the future will look like under his guidance, here’s a video from the AP…

I applaud McCain for his willingness to share his vision, but much more detail is needed. Because a lot of this sounds exactly like the kind of unrealistic, wishful thinking he lambasts his opponents for.

    OK, let’s give him a chance! WAY too easy to dismiss it as “unrealistic wishful thinking.” That’s what vision IS. I agree, he has a LOT of work to do to establish his own credibility, and to put some meat on the bones of a vision that sounds VERY GOOD to me. Obama has had months of vetting on his inspirational “vision.” Frankly I didn’t expect McCain to be able to even talk like this……so wherever it came from, I’m encouraged, and let’s see if he can make it mean something!!
