Does anyone think the right will be able to conduct a campaign against a black candidate without going “racist?”

  3. ExiledIndependent Says:

“The right” isn’t conducting a campaign–remember that McCain is the Republican candidate, and he doesn’t represent “the right.” In fact, it sounds like “the right” doesn’t like McCain much. Long term, Obama’s victory in November will be a bigger boost to “the right” than a McCain win.

I find the entire concept of Fight the Smears a juvenile attempt by Obama’s team at internet mudslinging. The misnomers the site claims to disprove are so outrageous that suggesting that voters are not intelligent enough to see past them, or that any self respecting Republican believes they will stick is laughable.

Visit Despite the Smears at http://www.despitethesmears.com for a vivid contrast. The site seeks to debunk the political spin on real issues that concern voters, all of its references are sited from reputable sources. It is intelligently written and not condescending to the intelligence of American voters.
