		<description>I wonder if the voting public is unenthused by public financing of campaigns because they figure it&#039;s their tax dollars -- and possibly financing someone they actively oppose, too.  If the alternative is a few fat cats buying candidates, that&#039;s one thing.  But when they see someone raising small amounts from millions of people, there just isn&#039;t the feeling that they election is being bought by the few.</description>
