Ever since Huckabee painted Romney as “the guy who fires you,” I haven’t been able to get that notion out of my mind! ha ha.

I have seen some 50 vp polls and Mike Huckabee has topped all but 2 or 3 of them. It always amazes me how those polls with Romney at top always find their way to the media. The media can put any spin they want on things, but as Mitt himself said “facts are stubborn things…”. Survey usa election poll results continue to show McCain/Huckabee poll better than with Romney, Pawlenty or Lieberman. Huck even beat Romney in his own state of MA! Romney has the highest negative polling of any Republican who ran for President (right up there with Hillary). He is NOT a good speaker (nor is McCain) and we need someone on the ticket who can excite and motivate the base. Finally, conservatives do not like or trust Romney so I don’t know where that poll was taken saying 59% would like that ticket, but I can tell you with certainty that is NOT the mainstream opinion. Republicans don’t want a vp picked by Rove/Cheney/Bush. We don’t want a regular republican like Romney….We want the NEW, IMPROVED brands that are in the forms of McCain/Huckabee…….
