Not including Florida and Michigan, Obama won one fewer primary than Clinton. Where he really pulled through was winning all but the Nevada caucus. This was the key to his victory and where his superior organization really beat Clinton. But this is the general and not a caucus. While it is very important to have staff on the ground it isn't as overwhelming as caucus where they were all be destroy Clinton.

I imagine McCain will put more staff in the coming months but he just doesn't have the resources Obama does. Look for him to focus on the Rust Belt, Florida, Missouri and maybe Virginia towards the fall.
